Located in the core area of Zhengzhou, the hospital offers 139 sick beds and has departments including functional rehabilitation, pain rehabilitation and joint surgery.

With the mission of “protecting the rights for exercise and returning to life”, and focus on pain, minimally invasive surgery and functional rehabilitation, the hospital has won its recognition in the area and has ranked among the first in the evaluation for three consecutive years.

It is the first medical organization passing CARF accreditation in central China, and a role model of private hospital for quality construction and service experience.

To break through the limitations of private hospitals in talent, operation and brand, and to improve hospital management quality and service experience, the hospital started optimization of its soft environment and reconstruction of its buildings and facilities from April 2016 as per CARF standards. In June 2017, it passed three-year CARF accreditation.

Optimize management and service flow

• clarify leadership framework and responsibility distribution, optimize budget management and safety management system, establish risk and accessible management mechanism and realize key indicator management;

• standardize rehabilitation medical record, solidify team meeting mode, establish patient homework mode and realize treatment trace management;

• realize function followup, and establish referral network with large hospital and communities

Reconstruct buildings and facilities

•build smoke-free hospital;

•build accessible washrooms;

•realize comprehensive health and safety, reasonably allocate emergency equipment;

•5S in offices.

1. obtained three-year CARF accreditation in June 2017;
